We collect information you provide directly through our contact and application form, which may include your name, email address, phone number, city, and the contents of your message. If you apply to become a model, your submission may additionally include your age, physical measurements, and photographs. If you contact us to book talent, your submission may include details about your company, project, budget and production dates.
We also collect limited technical information generated automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referral source, used in aggregate to understand site performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate model applications and respond to talent submissions;
- To respond to client briefs, prepare casting options and manage bookings;
- To communicate with you about your inquiry, application or booking;
- To maintain internal records required for contracts and payments;
- To improve the website and our services.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use application photographs for any purpose other than evaluation without your explicit consent.
4. Information About Minors
Applications from individuals under 18 must be submitted with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Any subsequent communication with a minor applicant will include their guardian. If we learn that a minor has submitted information without guardian involvement, we will delete it.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only as needed to operate the agency: with clients when submitting talent for consideration (with the model's knowledge), with partner agencies for international placements (under contractual safeguards), with service providers that host our systems, and where required by law. Any other sharing happens only with your consent.
6. Retention
Unsuccessful application materials are retained for up to 12 months in case a suitable opportunity arises, then deleted. Client inquiry records are retained for the duration of the relationship and as required by tax and contract law. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email bookings@barnettellman.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
