These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of barnettellman.com (the "Site"), operated by Barnett Ellman LLC ("Barnett Ellman", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. The Site Is Informational

The Site describes our agency and its services and provides a channel for model applications and client inquiries. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer of representation, a guarantee of employment, or a binding booking. Representation agreements and booking contracts are concluded separately in writing.

3. Model Applications

By submitting an application, you confirm that the information and photographs you provide are of yourself, accurate, and submitted with the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18. Submitting an application does not create any obligation on Barnett Ellman to respond, represent you, or return materials. We never charge fees for applications, scouting or development; if anyone claiming to act for Barnett Ellman requests payment from an applicant, please report it to us immediately.

4. Client Inquiries

Casting briefs and booking inquiries submitted through the Site are invitations to discuss services and are not binding on either party until a written agreement is executed. Availability of talent shown or described on the Site is indicative and subject to confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations and the B|E mark — is the property of Barnett Ellman LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Site to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Do not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security;
• Do not scrape, harvest or mass-collect content or personal information from the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
