Division 02

Men

A tightly curated men's board for tailoring, runway, fragrance, sport and commercial work — built on long careers rather than fast turnover.

The Longest Careers In Fashion

Men's modeling rewards patience. Where trends in womenswear can turn a board over in two seasons, a strong male model can work steadily from his early twenties into his fifties — if he is managed with that horizon in mind. That is the founding idea of the B|E Men Division: we sign fewer faces, we sign them for the long run, and we build books that age well. A man who starts with us in e-commerce should be shooting tailoring campaigns five years later and fronting a fragrance a decade after that.

The board covers the categories clients actually book: classic tailoring and suiting, contemporary menswear and streetwear, fitness and sport, grooming and fragrance, and the high-volume e-commerce work that keeps a career financially stable between campaigns. Each model's positioning is deliberate — we decide together which lanes to own and which to skip.

What The Division Handles

Agents on the men's desk run the complete cycle of a booking. Before the job: casting submissions, options management, rate and usage negotiation, and conflict checks so a skincare campaign never collides with a competing contract. During the job: call sheets, travel, fittings and on-set support when the production warrants it. After the job: invoicing, payment collection and renewal negotiations when a client wants to extend usage — the moment where unrepresented models routinely leave the most money on the table.

  • Show season management: packages for New York, Milan and Paris menswear weeks, with partner agencies handling local castings.
  • Commercial contracts: e-commerce day rates, catalog blocks and seasonal retainers negotiated at market or above.
  • Fitness and sport: athletic talent placed with sportswear and performance brands, with realistic conditioning timelines.
  • Grooming and fragrance: the premium end of the market, reserved for faces we have developed toward it.

What We Look For

Height typically between 6'0" and 6'3", strong bone structure, and — more than anything — consistency. Clients rebook men who show up on time, hold energy through a ten-hour shoot day and treat the crew well. We check references and we are honest in both directions: if we do not see a market for you, we will say so rather than sign you into silence. First-timers without a portfolio should apply through the New Faces division, where development is structured and free of charge.

For Clients

Menswear briefs get answered by people who know the board personally. Tell us the collection, the mood and the budget, and you will receive a short, accurate package — measurements current, digitals recent, availability confirmed. For wider searches beyond our own board, the Brand Casting desk runs full castings on your behalf. Either way, the first conversation costs nothing and usually takes a day to turn around.
